Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on program/project management in defense contracts and aerospace development.
• Proficiency with project management software; PMP, PgMP, or INCOSE CSEP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from concept to final delivery, ensuring DoD process compliance (DFARS, MIL-STDs).
• Develop detailed project management plans, schedules, budgets, and EVMS.
• Manage customer relations, revenue goals, and resolve issues (A/R, PPV, RMAs).
• Oversee avionics hardware/software development to DO-178C/DO-254 and ITAR/EAR requirements.
