Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in government affairs, defense policy, or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. defense ecosystem, including DoD procurement and national security policy.
• Strong existing relationships within Congress, the DoD, and regulatory agencies.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical issues into policy narratives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead expanding relationships with key Members of Congress, the National Security Council, and the Pentagon civilian leadership.
• Support Neros’s ongoing Congressional and Executive engagement strategy.
