Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience creating, reviewing and interpreting technical documentation for hardware or tooling.
• Experience in mechanical design, development, manufacturing or tooling processes.
• Experience in engineering drawings development and release using a 3D CAD tool.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical hardware for military programs across the full product lifecycle.
• Lead design reviews, perform tolerance analyses and support production integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
