Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Specialist Logistics Fleet Management to join the AFLCMC/WIH program office. You will provide specialist logistics support, fleet management expertise, and leadership across complex defense programs, shaping logistics plans and delivering effective support outcomes.

You will collaborate with defense stakeholders, industry partners and internal teams to drive governance, continuous improvement, and successful logistics operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Clearance required: Active Secret clearance.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising personnel.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support logistics and fleet management activities across defense programs.
• Analyze logistics data and develop plans to improve supply chain, inventory and distribution performance.
• Coordinate and manage monthly reporting requirements in accordance with customer timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with defense stakeholders and program partners.
• Support governance, assurance and workforce management activities, including compliance and reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and service delivery.
• Review provisioning, maintenance and support requirements.
• Mentor, coach and guide team members.
• Maintain a focus on quality, safety, risk management and customer satisfaction.
