Formación

• 6-10+ years of first chair deposition, courtroom experience in general/premises liability required.
• Must be admitted in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus.
• Must travel for in-person depositions and court conferences as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Take and defend depositions.
• Research legal, medical, and scientific issues for strategy collaboration.
• Draft memoranda, briefs, complex motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Represent clients in courtroom appearances including oral arguments.
