Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice in NY.
• A minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse caseload focused on medical malpractice claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on legal projects.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
• Maintain communication with clients and manage expectations.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Support senior members in trial preparation and strategy.

Strong written and oral communication skills
