Job summary

PowerToFly is looking for a GIS Solution Engineer to join their Defense team in Vienna, Virginia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Esri technology to support customers and solve complex challenges. You will be responsible for building relationships, leading technical discussions, and crafting innovative GIS solutions.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with Esri technology and a background in defense.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and an understanding of sales and business development processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Esri technology, creating maps and configuring web applications.
• 3+ years of experience in the Defense space.
• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and support selling Esri software as part of the account team.
• Lead technical meetings and solve customer challenges with GIS technology.
• Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
