Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years related experience in the Defense and Aerospace.
• Experience with customer communications, negotiations and proposal management.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DOD Security clearance.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will oversee the performance of programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies.
• Will lead cost management, schedule tracking, and technical performance across programs.
• Coordinate with engineering and support organizations on proposals and cost/risk/quality analyses.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams within a matrixed organization.
• Serve as central authority for the company in its relationships with customers.
