Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance and US citizenship required.
• 7+ years applying data science, analytics and AI to drive impact in defense contexts.
• Experience designing and scaling agentic AI solutions in secure environments.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary, cleared teams across classified/unclassified settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI implementation engagements, defining client aspirations and setting technical direction.
• Architect and lead teams to deliver agentic AI systems from use case shaping to secure deployment.
• Span AI techniques from traditional ML to generative AI and multi-agent systems with defense-grade security and resilience.
• Mentor high-performing QuantumBlack teams and collaborate with government program offices and industry partners.
