Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Progressively increasing responsibility managing complex customer programs.
• Direct experience in defense/aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own complex defense programs from award through delivery with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer commitments.
• Serve as primary customer interface, building relationships and communicating program status, milestones, risks, and recovery plans.
• Translate requirements into internal priorities, deliverables, schedules, and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional program execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, and risk registers to drive execution.
