A leading cancer research institute is seeking a Senior Decision Support Analyst to provide data analysis and support for prospect management. This role involves preparing reports, collaborating with teams, and enhancing data processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis, proficiency in tools like Tableau and Excel, and strong communication skills. This position is primarily remote, requiring minimal onsite presence.
The Senior Decision Support Analyst (SDSA) is a key member of the Prospect Research team at DFCI, providing critical information and tools to research colleagues, frontline staff, and the broader Division of Philanthropy. The SDSA leverages a complex data landscape to develop pipeline assessments for individual business units and frontline roles based on portfolio health, pipeline strength and fundraiser performance. Reports to the Director, Analytics, Prospect Research.
This position is considered remote, 0-1 days onsite at 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, MA each week. Some evening or weekend work may be required.

Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in a prospect management role involving data analysis, business intelligence, and/or decision support preferred.
