BigBear.ai seeks a Senior Decision Scientist to support an Intelligence client’s Object-Based Intelligence mission. The position is onsite in Washington, DC, or Aurora, Colorado, with potential travel for onsite training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • 12 years of experience as a decision scientist or related role.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and improve the judgment and decision making of individuals, groups, and organizations.
  • Apply psychology principles to business analytics and decision processes to improve and/or empirically evaluate those processes.
  • Assist in policy planning; workflow procedures testing and evaluation, analytic workflow redesign, training and development.
  • May work with management to prescribe workflow modifications that improve worker productivity and analytic judgment.

BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to support one of our Intelligence clients' Object-Based Intelligence mission. This position will be onsite in Washington, DC, or Aurora, Colorado,with potential travel for onsite customer training.

What you will do

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • 12 years of experience as a decision scientist, analytic methodologist, business analyst, or data scientist.

What we'd like you to have

  • Master’s degree in a directly related field
  • 6+ years of experience supporting the Department of War, or Intelligence Community as a decision scientist, analytic methodologist, business analyst, or data scientist.
