You will guide initiatives from exploration to model development, partnering with strategy, product, technology, and data teams to deliver actionable insights that impact revenue and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 7+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Engineering, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• 4+ years of decision science/analytics project management experience with a diverse project focus and demonstrated results.
• Must act as role model and collaborate across teams to support business partners with insights.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse internal partners, linking insights to execution and impact.
• Innovative and strategic thinker with a bias to action and measurable business impact.
• Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and amplify impact for Decision Scientists across multiple business models.
• Lead on-target initiatives using quantitative analysis and machine learning.
• Foster partnerships with LOB leaders and senior managers to drive delivery.
• Pursue outcomes valued through increased revenue and efficiency via data-driven insights.
• Champion the use of tools to deliver timely, accurate, and repeatable solutions.
• Exercise sound judgment and risk management while maintaining client-centric delivery practices.
• Represent the team in forums and executive reviews to drive efficient decision science delivery.
