WSP is seeking a Lead Decarbonization Engineer to join their Power & Energy Advanced Complimentary Services team in Seattle, WA. This role provides senior-level technical leadership in decarbonization efforts, focusing on electrification projects across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in electrical power system design, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and a PE license. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience delivering behind-the-meter electrical power system design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Demonstrated experience preparing IFC-level electrical design documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of IFC electrical design documents for behind-the-meter systems.
• Collaborate closely with clients and utilities.
• Perform site visits and field assessments to evaluate existing electrical infrastructure.
