Responsibilities

• Support corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and commercial lenders in sophisticated debt transactions including M&A financing, syndicated credit facilities, and debt restructurings.
• Draft corporate and financial transaction documents, including term sheets, commitment papers, credit agreements, and security agreements.
• Develop and implement loan workouts and restructuring plans; advise on term loan obligations and creditor negotiations.
