Job summary

PwC's Deals practice in Los Angeles seeks a Deal Valuation Senior Associate to provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other transactions. You will analyze complex problems, manage workstreams, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members while navigating ambiguity.

You will use valuation methods, data analysis, and business context to inform insights and recommendations across the deal lifecycle, from pricing to diligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring activities.
• Build financial models and review assumptions used in business, asset, and intangible asset valuations.
• Interpret market data, financial statements, and deal terms to support pricing, diligence, and value creation decisions.
• Apply valuation methods for financial reporting, tax, fairness, and regulatory reporting needs.
• Analyze transaction structures, synergy estimates, and value drivers to inform client decision making.
• Prepare clear deliverables that summarize findings, methodologies, and key valuation considerations.
• Manage assigned workstreams, track milestones, and adjust to shifting client priorities; review junior team work and provide guidance on technical approaches.
• Build client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and supporting discussions across the deal lifecycle.
