Overview

As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst within our Revenue Operations team, you play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing risk, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration at Rithum. You are responsible for driving strategic pricing and deal structuring initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and maximizing profitability. You support sales teams and leadership to execute complex deals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for deal related matters related to structure, pricing, and special terms during complex deal negotiations.
  • Manages and monitors the quote queue in a timely manner for any deals that meet the criteria requiring Deal Desk review.
  • Reviews deal structure in accordance with company policy.
  • Manages executive review summaries in a concise manner so that decision makers can make quick and informed decisions.
  • Leads weekly Deal Review calls, and prepares agenda and materials required for the call.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure all deal management processes are efficient, aligned, and following best practices globally.
  • Manages and maintains all Deal Desk reporting, metrics, and trend analysis.
  • Supports booking process throughout the month to ensure accuracy and bookings policy alignment.
  • Supports process improvements to the Deal Desk and quoting processes.
  • Creates collaborative relationships with finance and other departments creating cross-functional alignment.
  • Supports management of enablement content for all Deal Desk related materials and communication on new or changing processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience at SaaS company in Revenue Operations with a primary focus on Deal Desk Support
  • Must have experience in Salesforce and CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
  • Must have experience working directly with Sales Leadership
  • Highly effective at verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
