Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Sr Deal Desk Analyst to support the sales organization in APJ region, focusing on complex deal structuring and pricing using Salesforce CPQ. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely deals and robust governance from quote to execution.

The role requires 5+ years in deal pricing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced SaaS environment with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deal structuring and pricing for a SaaS company.
• 5+ years using Salesforce CPQ or related pricing tools.
• 5+ years collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to sales reps, account teams and internal partners.
• Review and vet complex deals to optimize pricing and policy compliance.
• Continuously review deal progression with colleagues to optimize cycle times.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Legal on non-standard deals.
• Challenge legacy policies that complicate the Order to Cash process.
• Identify deal trends and categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends by sales segment or industry vertical.
• Provide end-to-end support from quote configuration through deal execution.

Sr Deal Desk Analyst - India

The Sr Deal Desk Analyst will report to the Manager, Deal Desk in support of Cornerstone's Sales organization in APJ Region. In this role you will..

• Be a trusted advisor sales reps, account teams and other internal partners
• Review and vet complex deals to ensure optimized pricing, and compliance with published Sales and business policies
• Continuous review of deal progression and collaboration with colleagues to ensure optimal deal cycle times
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance Legal teams on all non-standard deals
• Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate the Order to Cash process
• Identify deal trends and drive efforts to categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends based on sales segment or industry vertical
• Provide end to end support to complex accounts and deals, from Quote configuration through deal execution

• 5+ years of experience in deal structuring and pricing for a SaaS company
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ or related pricing tools
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Senior Leaders
