Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DC3 Technical Lead - DCISE to support a company providing cyber intelligence and national security services to federal government customers. This onsite role is in Linthicum Heights, MD and offers the opportunity to lead critical cyber threat analysis and intelligence operations.

As a lead, you will oversee all-source cyber intelligence analysis, malware and network investigations, OSINT data fusion, and provide technical guidance to executive leadership

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 5+ years leading cyber intelligence analysis efforts.
• 5+ years supervising intelligence or cybersecurity teams.
• Experience with malware analysis and network analysis.
• Knowledge of OSINT, data fusion, and link analysis.
• Understanding of APT tactics and cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams performing all-source cyber intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Oversee daily cyber threat analysis and operational activities.
• Analyze malware, suspicious files, and indicators of compromise.
• Conduct network analysis to identify threats and adversary activity.
• Perform OSINT, data fusion, and link analysis investigations.
• Support leadership with technical guidance and mission updates.
• Assist with program, financial, and business management activities.
