The role requires a BS/BA in a related field and 7+ years in a distribution center, including 3+ years in management. You will coach associates, implement process improvements, and manage modal transportation and fleet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience working in a distribution center, including 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to DC Manager for operating plans and budgeting.
• Lead associates to ensure safety, compliance, and security of the facility and inventory.
• Manage performance of Assistant Manager and/or hourly staff, providing coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Identify resources and justify department budgets and operating plans.
• Implement process improvements and communicate analyses to the DC Manager.
