Koch is seeking a Sr. Business System Analyst to advance our Payroll Technology efforts, focusing on Dayforce payroll configuration, development, automation, and T&A/HCM queries.

You will collaborate with the Payroll Product team to architect technical solutions and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and experience with global payroll implementations.

Qualifications

• Expert in Dayforce payroll systems and time & attendance integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent relationship-building with business partners and teams.
• Experience deploying global payroll configurations and automations.
