Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health seeks a Daycare Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to serve frail seniors at the Bienvivir Adult Day Care in El Paso. You will provide personal care, ADL assistance, and cognitive support to promote independence and dignity.

The role involves assisting with meals, daily activities, and mobility, while documenting interactions and adhering to policies. CNA preferred, CPR, and bilingual skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Texas Certification as a CNA preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Food Handlers Card.
• 1 year experience with frail/elderly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic personal care tasks per participant wishes and Plan of Care.
• Monitor participants in day care spaces and assist with ADLs.
• Report health status changes to Floor Manager.
• Assist with laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Distribute meals and assist with feeding.
• Support recreation and activities to promote independence.
• Assist with transportation and oxygen-related tasks.
• Document daily encounters as required.
