Job summary

Futurewave Systems is seeking a Sr. Data Power Administrator to maintain DataPower appliances across DEV, SIT, TST and Production environments. The role involves configuring security, managing backups, and ensuring high availability of data power services.

You will interact with multiple teams to deploy DataPower changes, troubleshoot issues, and provide 3rd tier support for production systems. This position requires in-depth DataPower expertise and hands-on administration.

Qualifications

• Experience with DataPower appliances in distributed environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience with 24x7 support and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for DataPower appliances in distributed applications.
• Lead administration, installation and maintenance of DataPower x-series appliances.
• Configure and manage DataPower SSL, certificates, RBM, and access policies.
• Manage domain backups and lifecycle migration of primary objects.
• Provide weekly/monthly management reports on change and problem activity.
• Interface between DEV, IT operations and production Java apps teams; install/maintain DEV/SIT/TST/Production apps.
• Diagnose performance/connectivity problems and provide 3rd-tier support.
