Job summary

SDS, Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer IV to lead Dataiku DSS administration, automation, and enterprise integration across Snowflake, AWS, and dbt within our data ecosystem.

You will strengthen platform reliability, automate deployment, and implement governance‑as‑code to enable business teams to build and deploy data products safely.

The role requires strong Python, API/SDK usage, and collaboration across security, infra, and data engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise Dataiku DSS environments.
• Strong Python programming and Dataiku REST APIs/SDK for platform administration and automation.
• Proven experience with Dataiku bundles, Deployer, deployment workflows, and automated promotion between environments.
• Strong AWS and Snowflake integration experience, including connectivity, authentication, and troubleshooting.
• Linux/Unix administration, scripting, log analysis, production support, and root-cause analysis.
• Understanding of enterprise security, RBAC, API keys, secrets management, and secure integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, automation, governance, and enterprise integration of our Dataiku DSS platform within Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and SharePoint.
• Automate deployment and governance workflows, including validation and post-deployment checks.
• Implement governance‑as‑code and production‑readiness controls across projects and teams.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding of users and integrations using Dataiku APIs and identity providers.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and business teams to deliver platform improvements and reliability.
