Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a senior manufacturing engineer to lead the design and execution of the datacenter PCB manufacturing process. You will work with hardware, firmware, software teams, and contract manufacturers to enforce DFM and deliver end-to-end solutions to optimize yield and profitability.

The role requires extensive PCB/PCBA experience, FPGA expertise, Python coding, and strong data analytics to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven PCBA design and manufacture experience.
• Strong electronics troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• FPGA implementation experience, IP security, and high-speed signaling.
• Familiar with power/thermal systems for datacenter servers.
• Experience with SMT/ICT/robotics and standard PCB test technologies.
• Teamwork in a global matrix organization; data-driven improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Own developing and executing the manufacturing process for datacenter PCBs and assemblies.
• Engage with HW/FW/SW teams, contract manufacturers, and other ops groups to enforce DFM and optimize profit.
• Participate in manufacturing process planning, scheduling and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with factory personnel and engineering teams during prototype builds, driving solutions to day-to-day problems.
• Work with operations teams to define and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
