Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting datacenter network environments.
• Experience configuring network switches and connectivity infrastructure.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, and network troubleshooting principles.
• Experience with fiber optic and RJ45 network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting scale-up/scale-out computing environments.
• Linux administration experience.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Experience with server hardware and datacenter operations.
• Familiarity with HPC/AI environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain datacenter network infrastructure.
• Support network connectivity for servers, racks, clusters, and validation environments.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage switches, fiber, and RJ45 connectivity.
• Support site network setup, upgrades, and deployment projects.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and networking issues impacting operations.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Support automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Document configurations, deployment activities, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable infrastructure.
• Travel to other AMD datacenter locations as needed.
