Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field preferred.
Databricks Certified Associate or Professional certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not held.
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not held.

Responsibilities

Lead Databricks platform engineering and governance across the lakehouse and data pipelines.
Design and deliver enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
Manage offshore BI developers, review deliverables, and ensure on-time delivery.
Oversee CI/CD for Databricks notebooks and jobs using Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data contracts, SLAs, and analytics roadmap.
