Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years delivering data engineering or cloud data platform solutions.
• 3+ years with Databricks and Apache Spark.
• 3+ years Python and SQL experience.
• 2+ years leading project teams or workstreams.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Databricks-based data solutions for client engagements.
• Manage project teams and workstreams across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data pipelines and models.
• Advise clients on architecture, implementation approaches, operating models.
• Oversee solution quality, issue resolution, and delivery progress while managing timelines.
