Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering or data platform development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Databricks in production.
• Strong PySpark and Spark expertise.
• Advanced SQL development and optimization skills.
• Experience building enterprise-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
