Qualifications

• 12+ years of Data Engineering/Data Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Databricks Architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Databricks Lakehouse, Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Strong AWS cloud experience and security/governance knowledge.
• Experience with large-scale data modernization and enterprise data models.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
• Lead data modernization and migration programs to Databricks on AWS.
• Architect scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Python.
• Define governance, security, lineage, and metadata management strategies.
• Design batch and real-time processing solutions and provide cloud guidance.
• Mentor data engineers and technical leads; document architecture standards.
