Qualifications

• 12 – 15+ years of experience in Oracle and other RDBMS technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services: RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, and S3.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of database development engineers and serve as a hands-on contributor.
• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases and AWS-native data services.
• Develop and optimize data models for transactional and analytical workloads.
