Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Database Engineer to design, develop, and optimize large-scale database systems. The role covers relational and OO databases, data flow, and cloud storage solutions, with emphasis on security and performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years DBE experience, a technical bachelor's degree, and an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance. U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DBE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required before start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the database design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis activities.
• Assist in developing databases, database parser software, and database loading software.
• Lead development of databases, database parser software, and database loading software.
• Direct the overall database structure that fits into the system architecture and balance data volume, users, and security.
