Responsibilities

• Facilitate, implement, monitor, and test database backups and recovery methodologies.
• Monitor and optimize production SQL Server database performance.
• Ensure database security, integrity, reliability, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Identify and troubleshoot database issues; design, build, test, and implement solutions.
• Manage file system space, database allocation, disk usage, and capacity planning.
• Participate in monthly patching outside core business hours.
