Key Responsibilities:
- Translating business needs into clear technical specifications
- Developing scalable T‑SQL stored procedures and database components
- Working in a process‑oriented delivery model and adhering to enterprise development standards
- Partnering with business, QA, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver controlled changes and production support
- Centralizing and streamlining production requests
- Working on database design to improve data access, performance, and maintainability
- Supporting batch workflows across ingestion, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, exception management, and downstream delivery
- Leveraging approved AI‑assisted engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude, to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and delivery quality
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 6–8 years of experience developing batch processes using T‑SQL and ETL tools such as Informatica
- Strong SQL Server development experience, including stored procedures and database components
- Strong database design and data‑modeling skills
- Hands‑on experience with Informatica and enterprise ETL processes
- Experience supporting enterprise batch processing, including scheduling, dependencies, file‑based feeds, exception handling, reconciliation, and production support
- Strong data analysis and data quality assessment capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones
- Strong SDLC discipline with a track record of improving operational efficiency
- Experience delivering in Agile Scrum models, including planning, backlog refinement, estimation, stand‑Client, reviews, retrospectives, and Jira execution
- Practical experience using AI‑assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude for development, troubleshooting, unit‑test support, documentation, and productivity improvement
- Ability to follow change management practices that support consistent, maintainable release.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
