Profit Recovery Partners in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Senior Database Developer – AI/ML Data Systems for a fully onsite role. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable database systems powering traditional apps and AI-driven data solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, architect data pipelines and vector databases, implement secure data infrastructure, and collaborate across product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver high‑performance, reliable data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of database development/administration experience with AI/data solutions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Science or related field preferred.
• Expert-level SQL skills, SQL Server focus, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of scalable database systems supporting AI/ML workloads.
• Architect data infrastructure for AI solutions including vector stores and RAG capabilities.
• Build data pipelines for ML models, feature engineering, and analytics.
