**ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Architect/Scientist IV to join our team in the Fort Eisenhower, GA location.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Utilize large data sets to pinpoint opportunities for product and process optimization, driving substantial business value.

+ Design and deploy sophisticated data models and algorithms for advanced predictive modeling, significantly enhancing customer experiences and revenue generation.

+ Develop and maintain rigorous testing frameworks to ensure model quality and accuracy, safeguarding data integrity and reliability.

+ Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to implement models and closely monitor outcomes, fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

+ Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting professional growth and team development.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).

+ 7 years of demonstrable experience in a data-related role.

+ Proven expertise in data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, or data mining techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master's degree in Data Science or a closely related field.

+ Possession of vendor tool certifications relevant to TDL requirements (e.g., Oracle, Mongo).

+ Proficiency in Python software development or equivalent programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Required TS/SCI Eligible.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
