Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Architect to lead design and development of data models, ETL specifications, and analytics infrastructure. This role focuses on enterprise data architecture, standards, policy administration, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data warehouse architecture, experience with cloud warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift), SQL proficiency, and strong collaboration with business leaders to balance needs and risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data warehouse architecture experience.
• Experience with dimensional modeling, metadata management and data quality.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehousing tools.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT design and performance tuning.
• Agile/Scrum experience and ability to collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create data models for complex subjects and guide junior architects.
• Develop advanced ETL specifications to meet business data needs.
• Lead documentation of design and operation; ensure standards compliance.
• Analyze data sources with cross-functional partners to balance needs and risk.
• Define long-term data architecture goals and oversee DW architectures.
