This position involves high visibility with internal and external clients through report creation and delivery. The candidate will serve as a report expert utilizing IBM Cognos Power BI, and other applications to support internal servicing and corporate teams with both routine and complex reporting needs.

1. Provide analytical and reporting support and solutions to the Loan Servicing department.
2. Design, implement, and maintain relational database systems ensuring efficient data-joins to support multi-source data integration.
3. Utilize tools like BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, and Python to meet operational needs.
4. Develop and automate advanced analytics, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions.
5. Create and manage complex Cognos dashboards and data models.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve report, database and scheduling issues.
7. Develop and optimize advanced SQL Server queries.
8. Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing and multi-source data consolidation.
9. Manage scheduled reports for external and internal recipients.
10. Ensure company branding (Berkadia and Private Label) on reports and letters.
11. Create and distribute recurring monthly Senior Management and Rating Agency reports.
12. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

1. Professional report development skills, including creating various report types.
2. Experience in report schedule management and data modeling a plus.
3. Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio.
4. Excellent communication and time management skills.
5. Knowledge of Loan Servicing/Financial data and systems a plus, especially McCracken’s Strategy Commercial Loan Servicing system.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft products, advanced SQL queries and joins (inner/outer, cross/Cartesian), Python, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Cognos Analytics, dashboard development, and reporting framework.
8. Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and integrating machine learning models is beneficial, along with building data solutions using React, Python, and SQL.
9. Strong user testing and quality assurance skills.
10. Ability to collaborate with business users and the IT department.
11. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
12. Three to five years prior experience in a similar position.
