Job summary

Nebius is seeking a data visualization design lead to own the observability dashboards for Nebius Platform and Nebius Grafana. You will establish best practices, drive consistency, and work with PMs and engineers across the product lifecycle.

Collaborating within a shared design system, you will translate complex cloud and AI infrastructure needs into clear, usable interfaces and scalable data visualizations. This role blends UX, analytics, and engineering in a fast-growing AI cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience designing data visualizations and dashboards for observability, monitoring, analytics, or similar products.
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles and how users interpret time-series data.
• Ability to define and drive best practices for dashboard design across a platform.
• Experience collaborating with designers in a shared product and design system environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the design owner for data visualization at Nebius Platform and Nebius Grafana, establishing best practices and ensuring consistency across all observability experiences.
• Work closely with Observability Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products
• Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models
• Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product
• Contribute to the design of other Compute services in Nebius Console when needed.
