Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Data Visualization & BI Developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and data pipelines using Tableau, Python, and Snowflake. You will ensure data integrity and support business reporting needs across functions from operations to customer service.

The role emphasizes Tableau Server, Prep Flows, and end-to-end data visualization solutions, collaborating with analysts and vendors to translate requirements into analytics that drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in MIS/CS/Statistics/Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, research, data compilation, or report writing/design.
• Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Python, Snowflake, and Oracle Database.

Responsibilities

• Drive the selection of data visualization tools and develop standards and guidelines.
• Identify data gaps, errors, and inconsistencies by analyzing data content and relationships.
• Perform quality assurance and act as SME for data integrity, extraction, and compilation.
• Manage and maintain Tableau Server dashboards, Tableau Prep Flows, and database connections.
• Access and analyze information across business functions to support decisions.
