The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end delivery with a hybrid work model in a global financial environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years applying statistical modelling and advanced analytical tools to large data sets.
• Ability to generate strategic insight from data and lead execution at program scale.
• Experience managing a broad portfolio across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong strategic and detailed thinking with structured problem solving.
• Experience identifying and mitigating program risks and issues.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data Transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Translate insights from banking data into clear, actionable strategy.
• Negotiate timelines and scope with senior stakeholders.
• Manage a diverse book of work and maintain prioritization.
• Develop repeatable approaches to resolve issues at scale.
• Maintain feedback loops to improve delivery performance.
• Identify and mitigate program delivery risks with ownership.
