Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Engineering, CS, IS, Mathematics, or related.
• Four years of experience required for Senior Business Analyst; six years for Lead Business Analyst.
• Expert-level Excel VBA development and strong SQL/data-pipeline experience are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains Excel/VBA-based case input tools for model runs.
• Supports planning horizons from near-term to mid-term and post-audits.
• Extends and standardizes the case input tool suite across refineries and regions.
• Develops new tooling for mid-term planning, back casting, and cross-regional optimization.
• Creates and maintains SQL queries and data pipelines to load data into tools.
• Implements version control, error handling, and input validation for reliable model inputs.
• Partners with planning teams to translate requirements into scalable tool designs.
• Provides day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for tools.
