Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Senior Data Team Leads to oversee end-to-end data management delivery for global clinical trials. You’ll ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance while leading cross-functional teams that help bring new therapies to life.

This is a remote/WFH position with all necessary equipment provided. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, mentor staff, and serve as the client contact for data deliverables across Sponsor-Agnostic and FSP models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct clinical data management experience
• 5+ years in a Lead Clinical Data Management role
• Experience managing large global studies (1000+ patients)
• GCP/ICH knowledge and strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead data management for global clinical trials from setup to database lock.
• Serve as main client contact for data deliverables.
• Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation and deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Mentor junior data management staff and promote best practices.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
