Senior Data Systems Analyst (OpenText / SAP Integration)

We are proud to partner with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ) on high-impact infrastructure and technology initiatives. We are currently seeking talented professionals to collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and process owners to deliver critical projects.

Position Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will provide advanced technical and analytical support. This role focuses on the design, development, functional testing, and deployment of professional services workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical ability, technical fluency, and experience in leveraging multiple data systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in project delivery.

This position plays a key role in enhancing operational performance, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) reporting, and ensuring compliance across multiple engineering scopes and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test data-driven workflows and process automation tools.
• Conduct detailed data analysis across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Support procurement process reporting and DEI program compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage integrations between platforms such as OpenText Content Server, OneFox, B2GNow, and SAP.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, metrics, and financial tracking systems.
• Document analytical findings, workflows, and testing procedures for internal reference.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience with OpenText Content Server – Document Builder/WF Painter platform and 1 year with OneFox platform.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with B2GNow, SAP, and Engineering Invoice Management System applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple data sources and deliver accurate insights under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting government or infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with engineering project management workflows and procurement systems.
• Experience contributing to DEI-related data reporting and compliance.
