Collaborate within Supply Chain and multi-functional teams (e.g., Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Demand Planning, Doc Services and Factory/Inventory Control) to define reporting requirements, document business process workflows—including manual steps and pain points—and develop clear resolution roadmaps. Craft detailed user stories understanding the business requirements, metrics, dimensions, data fabrication logic, business rules, validation rules etc. with acceptance criteria and solutions required Design and maintain Power BI/Tableau/Databricks dashboards, curated datasets, and semantic layers to support planning, Control towers. Partner with data engineers to consume data from data lake to create reports/benchmarks/dashboards/AI driven solutions that helps our end users focus on outcomes Maintain data definitions, business glossaries and logic, validations, and be able certify data for area of responsibility Ensure reporting accuracy and performance through validation, documentation of critical metrics and logic, and enablement of self-service tools. Support enhancements, change control, and improve SAP data accessibility within modern platforms (e.g., Databricks). Thoroughly test the delivered data assets, validating the data back to the respective source applications to ensure data accuracy, technical and functional requirements. Work independently, present designs and solutions to the team for review and implementation.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.
