Devoted Health is seeking an Operations Senior Associate to lead healthcare data submissions, QA, and documentation for CMS RADV audits. You will coordinate a multi‑discipline team, resolve submission issues with IT, and ensure high accuracy under tight timelines.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and experience with CMS data tools. Location in MA with a model that supports team collaboration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare data submissions or health information operations.
• Attention to detail with QA under time pressure.
• Troubleshoot submission errors with IT teams.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows.
• Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end audit file submission process.
• Coordinate day-to-day team activities for submission tasks.
• Conduct QA checks on files per CMS specs.
• Monitor submission feedback and route issues to teams.
• Maintain tracking of submission status and logs.
• Collaborate with Tech and IT Submission teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and deliver submission metrics and analytics.
• Document and update SOPs for submission and QA.
