Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering or Data Security.
• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or similar fields.
• Strong software engineering mindset with automation and security platforms experience.
• Experience designing and implementing data protection platforms (SIEM, UBA, DSPM, SSPM, DLP, browser protection, endpoints).
• Understanding of data security principles including classification, governance, access controls, encryption, key management, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience securing SaaS, cloud environments, endpoints, collaboration systems, and data platforms.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve data protection, investigations, classification, and workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain security platforms, services, APIs, and automation protecting data across cloud, SaaS, endpoint, and analytics environments.
• Develop scalable solutions for data discovery, classification, governance, access controls, monitoring, and protection.
• Build and mature capabilities around CASB, DLP, DSPM, SSPM, insider risk, and data access governance.
• Build and maintain DLP controls across cloud and OS environments and decentralized datasets.
• Drive automation across DLP engineering using LLMs and agentic AI to streamline workflows.
• Design and implement security controls for SaaS apps, collaboration platforms, endpoints, and services.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, and Business teams to securely enable productivity with strong protections.
• Design and implement controls for modern data platforms, data warehouses, and AI-enabled systems.
• Assess data architectures, access models, and security configurations with threat modeling and secure-by-design practices.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve security and operations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption where they provide security value.
