Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior data security leader to design and implement a company-wide security scheme for a new financial system. You will develop advanced detection capabilities, including DLP and encryption, while validating rules and handling incident response and forensics.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of data security experience required.
• Hands-on with endpoint and email DLP systems.
• Knowledge of data security lifecycle and risk points.
• Familiar with security offense/defense and risk management.
• Experience with DLP, UEBA, data encryption/decryption, secure sharing.
• Experience with enterprise endpoints; macOS/Linux familiarity a plus.
• Experience with big data tools and security analytics is a plus.
• Strong logic and communication; awareness of compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design company-wide data security scheme under the new system and oversee implementation.
• Develop and enhance data security detection: DLP, encryption, masking.
• Validate rules/models; handle incident identification, response, and forensics.
• Improve risk identification; optimize detection, map data assets, trace data flows.
• Apply AI/LLM methods to enhance detection and build automated responses.
