The successful candidate will use Python-based analytics and data‑science tools to identify technical gaps, measure system performance, and improve existing organizational processes. This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph and advanced degrees or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree with 13 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position.
• Proficiency with Jupyter notebooks and Pandas DataFrames.
• Experience developing metrics and analyzing large or complex datasets.
• Experience interacting with APIs and building or using data‑retrieval tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain data ontologies and dictionaries
• Establish systematic interdivisional metrics and performance measurements
• Perform data analysis using Python, Jupyter notebooks, Pandas, and related tools
• Develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards
• Identify access, technical, and data gaps and recommend data‑driven improvements
• Automate analytical and reporting workflows
• Develop or use APIs and tools to retrieve, transform, and analyze mission data
• Present analytical results and technical findings to Government and mission stakeholders
