Job summary

SecureTech is seeking Senior Data Scientists to tackle challenging problems in support of the nation’s Intelligence Community. Candidates with TS/SCI clearance and a CI polygraph are encouraged to apply.

Positions span multiple locations across the United States, with opportunities at various levels and compensation commensurate with qualifications. Strong background in machine learning, data science, and software development is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine learning, Data Science, Operations Research, or Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience designing/implementing machine learning, data science, advanced analytical algorithms, programming (e.g. Python), statistical analysis, data management, data mining, data modeling and AI/software engineering. Cross-area experience preferred.
• Six years minimum with Doctoral degree; eight years with Master's; ten years with Bachelor's; twelve years with Associate's degree.

• Apply statistical analysis, data cleaning and transformation, data mining and modeling to large datasets.

SecureTech Senior Data Scientists make a difference every day in support of the nation's Intelligence Community by usingMathematical, Computational, Statistical foundations to devise strategies for revealing meaning and value from large data sets. Usinganalytic modeling, statistical analysis, programming, and/or another appropriate scientific methods, we develop and implement qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing, exploring, and assessing large datasets in various states of origination, cleanliness, and structure. We work every day to use data analytics and data science to further mission success!

To get started in this exciting opportunity, you need a TS/SCI clearance with at least a CI polygraph.
- At minimum, an Associate's degree inin Mathematics, Applied Mathematics Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine learning, Data Science, Operations Research, or Computer Science or a degree in a related field (Computer Information Systems, Engineering).
- Relevant experience required includes designing/implementing machine learning, data science, advanced analytical algorithms, programming (skill in at least one high-level language (e.g. Python)), statistical analysis (e.g. variability, sampling error, inference, hypothesis testing, EDA, application of linear models), data management (e.g. data cleaning and transformation), data mining, data modeling and assessment, artificial intelligence, and/or software engineering. Experience in more than one area is strongly preferred.
Six (6)years of relevant experience, qualifies you with a Doctoral degree
Eight (8) years of relevant experience, qualifies you with a Master's degree.
Ten (10)years of relevant experience, qualifies you with a Bachelor's degree.
Twelve (12)years of relevant experience, qualifies you with an Associate's degree.
